RENTAL CONDITIONS
All rooms are equipped with blankets, pillows and plates. Possibility to rent sheets according to availability (12 € per bed per stay).
The number of people occupying a bungalow can not exceed the maximum capacity allowed.
Guests must be reported on arrival. A rental car is provided.
Additional vehicles or trailers: € 15 Pets week: 15 € per week
Cot hire: 20 € per week, high chair rental: 20 € the week.
Rentals are available from three nights from 11 May to 1 June and 14 September to 5 October 2013.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
GENERAL CONDITIONS :
Your reservation is valid only after receipt of the contract with the deposit of 30% of the rental fee of € 15.00 plus shipping, depending on availability.
For each type of rental, a deposit of 250 € + 45 € is required on arrival and will be refunded if the inventory is satisfactory on the day of departure, less the costs of cleaning or equipment damaged or missing.
For the out of hours, the deposit is returned.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes and cleaned row, fridge defrosted).
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING :
You must send a letter requesting termination of the lease within 60 days before the start of your stay, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of dues.
In case of cancellation 30 days before the due date will be charged an amount equal to 25% of the total stay + booking fees.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the due date, will be charged 50% of total stay + booking fees.
At the date of arrival, any delay over 24 hours and unreported causes cancellation of the reservation will be charged the full amount of the stay + administrative expenses.
In case of late arrival, please let us know.
Dogs and cats are allowed on a leash to the presentation of current vaccination certificate, it is forbidden to leave them alone in the rent. The administration can not under any circumstances be liable for any loss of personal property, injury or damage may occur to the tourists or their property during the stay.
